New Years Resolution

Ok so I know that New Years Day was a few months ago, but I am finally starting my New Years resolution. I want to lose about 30 pounds. I started counting my calories and started exercising. I have to say that this is day 4 and I feel so much better.

I talked to my doctor about what calorie intake I should do and he provided me with alot of information, so if you are looking into working out and losing those unwanted pounds I suggest you talk to your doctor first. He has me eating no more that 900 calories a day. I thought that that was low but I am doing it with out any real problem. I use a calorie counter on my IPod to help me with it. and yes I miss binging on my Spicy Nacho Doritos but I do still eat them just in moderation.

My workout consists of a jogging and walking combo for about 2 miles. I started off with this combo to get back into running. Each day my friend is pushing me and giving me the motivation that I desperately need.

So far I have lost about 2 pounds and I feel so amazing.
